About the Position

Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Summary:

All Medical Personnel is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team. The PA will provide high-quality care to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and supporting patient education. This role requires clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including taking medical histories, conducting physical exams, and ordering diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions within the PA scope of practice.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans, including prescribing medications and therapies as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records (EMR).

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of practice.
• National certification preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
