About the Role

We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused Pet Waste Removal Technicians to join our growing team. As a Scoop Brothers technician, you’ll provide premium pet waste removal services to residential yards, HOAs, apartment communities, and commercial properties across the East Valley. You’ll play a key role in keeping neighborhoods clean, pet-friendly, and enjoyable while representing our veteran-owned commitment to quality, reliability, and outstanding service .

This is an active, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in a job well done, and values making a visible difference for customers every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly and courteously remove pet waste from residential and commercial properties, leaving every yard clean and presentable.
• Secure all gates, fences, and access points exactly as found upon arrival.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and neighbors while respecting their property and privacy.
• Safely operate company vehicles, strictly following all traffic laws and safety standards.
• Follow daily assigned routes efficiently using GPS navigation.
• Properly dispose of waste at designated facilities.
• Quickly become familiar with your routes to deliver consistent, timely service.
• Use a tablet and mobile apps to manage routes, service notes, and customer communication.
• Work outdoors year-round in Arizona’s diverse weather conditions with a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and strong personal hygiene.
• Positive attitude with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to daily challenges.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods in outdoor conditions.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Prior customer service or route-based experience is a plus, but we provide full training.
